Power BI extends these capabilities by enabling scalable data models, interactive dashboards and enterprise grade reporting. More recently, AI and Python based analytics have introduced predictive modelling, automation and advanced statistical techniques, allowing finance teams to move beyond descriptive analysis toward forward looking, insight driven decision support.

This program integrates Excel, Power BI and AI into a coherent financial modelling framework. Participants will build robust, auditable and decision ready models using the right tool for the right task, with a strong emphasis on real world application. The course balances technical depth with professional judgement, ensuring that models are not only accurate, but also scalable, transparent and trusted by stakeholders.

• Build structured, professional financial models in Excel

• Apply scenario analysis, sensitivity testing and simulation techniques

• Develop scalable financial models and dashboards in Power BI
