The program is designed for professionals who lead or support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) systems in the complex, high-velocity risk environment.

It is grounded in globally recognized frameworks such as ISO 31000:2018 (risk management principles & guidelines), COSO ERM 2017 (integrating strategy & performance), Basel IV (risk capital & resilience for financial institutions), NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI governance), and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act – EU financial sector). It emphasizes strategic risk leadership — moving beyond compliance to drive value creation, resilience, innovation, and sustainable performance.

Participants learn to integrate risk management with strategy, operations, capital allocation, digital transformation, sustainability/ESG, and board oversight. The curriculum addresses 2026's top risks: cybersecurity (#1 persistent), AI/digital disruption (#2 fastest-rising), geopolitical/macro uncertainty, climate & nature-related risks (TNFD/IFRS S2), third-party/supply-chain dependencies, human capital, and regulatory change.

Through interactive workshops, real case studies (cyber breaches, AI failures, climate disruptions, geopolitical shocks), risk simulation exercises, data analytics labs, and a capstone ERM roadmap project, attendees gain practical, reusable tools and executive-level confidence to build antifragile organizations.

  • Articulate the strategic role of risk management in 2026, including integration with enterprise strategy, performance, capital allocation, and sustainability objectives.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using ISO 31000 and COSO methodologies, identifying and prioritizing traditional & emerging risks (cyber, AI, climate, geopolitical).

  • Design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies, including controls, transfer mechanisms, resilience building, and scenario-based planning.

  • Quantify risks using advanced tools (VaR, Monte Carlo, stress/reverse stress testing, bow-tie analysis) and allocate capital under Basel IV and regulatory regimes.

  • Establish robust risk monitoring, reporting, and dashboard systems for real-time oversight and board-level communication.

  • Lead risk governance, culture, and maturity improvement — from reactive compliance to proactive, antifragile resilience.

  • Integrate risk management with digital transformation (AI governance), sustainability/ESG (TNFD/IFRS S2), and third-party/supply-chain dependencies.

  • Develop and present a complete enterprise risk management roadmap, including risk appetite, policy framework, and continuous improvement plan.

This program is tailored for those responsibility for enterprise risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, or governance.
