• Course Overview

  MCM Master Contract Manager program provides a comprehensive overview of purchasing contract law, with a view on international contract law as well. Registrants will learn the law of contracts for goods and services (CISG, Unidroit, UCC, Common Law, European Contract Law, etc) various types of contracts and how they should be used, how a contract is a risk shifting vehicle and what measures to take to manage this, what the meaning of each of the common terms are, how to customize the contract to fit the purchase, how to develop performance metrics and remedies, the different types of contract breach and how to manage, dealing with battle of the forms, negotiating contract changes with suppliers, and much more.
